This is how it works

1) Enter data into your spreadsheet

Replace your migraine or sleep diary with something that actually makes sense – a structured spreadsheet with data that you can analyze!

In the below example, you track headache and sleep problems (symptoms) and experiment with magnesium and vitamin D (interventions). All in aGoogle Drive logo Google spreadsheet that you can access everywhere you go.

Anything can be tracked, not just headache or sleep.

Example Google spreadsheet filled with numbers for the categories headache strength, sleep problems and how much of a dose was taken for magnesium and vitamin D supplements.
2) Easy analysis

Finding clues in a large spreadsheet is tedious. staty makes analysis easy, in few clicks.

This example shows headache strength vs. magnesium intake. Maybe magnesium helps?

Resulting graph of the staty analysis showing that headache strength seems to be higher if magnesium was taken.
3) Follow hints, try interventions, improve your health

Keep going: try one treatment at a time and analyze if it works.

In the example: maybe magnesium helps but you still get frequent headaches. Now try something else for comparison, like electrolyte supplementation.

Resulting graph of the staty analysis showing that headache strength decreased significantly with two attempted interventions, compared to the strength before any interventions.
4) Finally reach the goal

A real result from staty's creator:

My migraine is mostly gone after trying several interventions.
Before: headache every 3rd day, often severe.
After: weaker headaches, only every 10th day. Here's my average pain score:
