For any application or website related problems, questions and suggestions, we highly recommend that you use our feedback form.

For inquiries about the privacy information, or other topics that don’t fit the feedback form, you can send an e-mail to info@staty.org in English or German.

In both cases, if you are a registered application user, remember that the terms apply to communication as well. If you’re not nice, send spam or abuse the communication channels, your staty account may be suspended or terminated.

The application is currently run by a single person, so extensive support isn’t available. Questions and feedback help improve the application and documentation, reducing repeated inquiries. Good communication is welcome; unclear or unhelpful messages may not receive responses.

If high interest arises for the staty application, a forum or other means of community question portal might be created. Feedback around our means of communication are also welcome.
